HASE RICARDO-BIOGRAFIA
Ricardo Alberto Hase, nació un 6 de febrero de 1946. Hijo de Yunes Hase y Rosa Amado de Hase. Tuvo 3 hijos: Yunes Luciano Hase, Salim Ricardo Hase y Ale Francisco Hase.
Los tumultuosos años 70 lo vieron recibirse de Abogado en la UNL.No obstante ello, se recibió de Profesor de Teoría y Solfeo. (egresado del Conservatorio “Strauss”), Profesor de Piano (egresado del Conservatorio “Strauss”).
La ciencia de la taquigrafía no le fue esquiva, ya que se recibió de Taquígrafo (egresado de la Escuela de Taquigrafía de la Pcia. de Santa Fe).-
Fue Maestro Emérito del Deporte (otorgado por el Superior Gobierno de la Provincia de Santa Fe) y Profesor de idioma árabe en el Instituto Santafesino de Enseñanza donde se desempeñó como tal. También, Maestro FIDE de Ajedrez, otorgado por la Federación Internacional de Ajedrez.-
Desde el 3/5/63 al 15/11/63 se desempeñó como Oficial V reemplazante en Contaduría General de la Provincia de Santa Fe.- En los turnos lectivos 1964 y 1965 se desempeñó como preceptor reemplazante en el Colegio Nacional “Simón de Iriondo” y en la Escuela Superior de Comercio “D. G. Silva”, de la ciudad de Santa Fe, Pcia. de Santa Fe.-
Durante el año 1962 se desempeñó como profesor de idioma árabe en el Instituto Santafesino de Enseñanza de la ciudad de Santa Fe, mientras que el 2 de diciembre de 1965 ingresó por concurso de oposición como Escribiente titular en el Poder Judicial de la Provincia de Santa Fe hasta el 8 de marzo de 1971 en que renunció para ejercer la abogacía.-
Cabe decir que, desde el 1/4/71 hasta el 31/5/71 se desempeñó como Jefe de Internados y Regente de Estudios en la Escuela Agrotécnica “Canton de Zárate” de Sa Pereira, Pcia. de Santa Fe. Interino.
También, desde el 1/4/71 hasta el 1º/3/72 se desempeñó como profesor interino en Legislación Agraria, Historia e Instrucción Cívica – nueve (9) horas de cátedra – en el Ciclo Superior de la Escuela Agrotécnica “Canton de Zárate” de Sa Pereira, Pcia. de Santa Fe. Interino.-
Desde el 1/4/71 hasta el 10/5/74, fue profesor de Instrucción Cívica interino en la asignatura “Instrucción Cívica” en el ciclo básico de la Escuela Agrotécnica Canton de Zárate de Sa Pereira, Pcia. de Santa Fe.-
Fue Profesor reemplazante en la asignatura “Relaciones Humanas” en la E.N.E.T. nº1 “Dr. Nicolás Avellaneda” durante el último cuatrimestre de 1971.
También fue Profesor reemplazante en la asignatura “Economía Política” durante un cuatrimestre en la Escuela Normal Superior “D.F. Sarmiento” de la ciudad de Esperanza, Pcia. de Santa Fe.-
Durante el lapso marzo 1972 hasta mayo de 1980 se desempeñó en catorce horas cátedras (seis titulares y ocho interinas) en las asignaturas Educación Cívica, Derecho Comercial, Derecho Usual, Derecho Administrativo y Economía Política, en la Escuela Normal Superior “D.F. Sarmiento” de la ciudad de Esperanza, Pcia. de Santa Fe.-
Desde marzo de 1974 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1996, profesor en la Escuela E.N.E.T. nº 5 “Esteban Echeverría” de Santa Fe, Pcia. de Santa Fe, en diez (10) horas cátedras titulares correspondientes a las asignaturas “Derecho Social”, “Derecho Comercial” y “Ajedrez”-
Desde abril de 1976 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1996 profesor en catorce (14) horas cátedras en la E.N.E.T. nº1 “Dr. Nicolás Avellaneda”. Titular. En la ciudad de Santa Fe, Pcia. de Santa Fe.- Profesor titular en seis (6) horas cátedras, asignatura “Derechos Usual”, desde mayo de 1980 hasta el 31/12/96, en la Escuela Superior de Comercio “D.G. Silva” de la ciudad de Santa Fe, Pcia. de Santa Fe.-
En 1/4/74 hasta 4/9/86 profesor en el Instituto Superior de Música de la Universidad Nacional del Litoral en la asignatura “Estudio de la Realidad Nacional y del Tercer Mundo”, cargo al que accedió mediante concurso de doble oposición y antecedentes, y hasta la sustanciación de concurso para titulares. Interino. Cátedra de nivel Superior.-
Desde el 1/5/1973 es profesor de la Dirección de Educación Física, Deportes y Recreación de la Universidad Nacional del Litoral. Nombrado hasta la sustanciación de concurso, continúa al presente. En 4/9/1986 incrementó a dieciocho (18) horas cátedras nivel Superior y en el segundo semestre de 1990 incrementó seis (6) horas nivel Medio, en la misma Dirección de la Universidad Nacional del Litoral (en el Instituto Politécnico). La asignatura a su cargo es “Ajedrez”.
Desde 1986 hasta marzo de 1990 se desempeñó como profesor titular interino (dedicación simple) en la cátedra “Planeamiento y Política Social” en la Licenciatura de la Facultad de Trabajo Social de la UNER.-
EN LOS TURNOS LECTIVOS 1988/1992, Profesor titular ordinario, por concurso, en la cátedra “Política Social” correspondiente al cuarto año de la carrera de Trabajador Social en la Facultad de Trabajo Social de la U.N.E.R. No pudo renovar su designación porque NO se llamó a concurso y se designó discrecionalmente un profesor interino en su lugar. El concurso fue de oposición y antecedentes, y la dedicación simple.-
Desde abril de 1986 hasta todo el turno lectivo 1990, profesor titular ordinario en la cátedra “Derecho Usual”, cargo obtenido mediante concurso de oposición y antecedentes, dedicación simple. Conforme el programa 1989 la asignatura se remantizó “Informaciones Jurídicas” y obtuvo la titularidad ininterrumpida hasta el presente mediante concurso de oposición y antecedentes celebrado en septiembre de 1990.
Durante los turnos lectivos 1986/1989 fue profesor a cargo de la evaluación de los Seminarios de Seguridad Social en la Facultad de Trabajo Social de la U.N.E.R..-
Desde el 23/04/90 (hasta el 31/10/99 en que renunció) profesor de los cuatro talleres integradores optativos de ajedrez en la Escuela de Enseñanza Media nº 331 de la ciudad de Santa Fe, Provincia de Santa Fe. En ocho (8) horas cátedras semanales, interino.-
Continuó hasta marzo de 1992 como profesor titular dedicación simple, ordinario por concurso, a cargo de la asignatura “Política Social” del cuarto año de la carrera de Trabajo Social en la Facultad respectiva de la U.N.E.R. Cesó porque no se llamó a nuevo concurso y se nombró discrecionalmente a otro agente, en forma interina.
Desde octubre de 1990 revalidó su cargo de profesor titular ordinario, dedicación simple, mediante concurso de oposición y antecedentes, en el área jurídica, en la asignatura resemantizada “Informaciones Jurídicas” según plan de estudios 1989, en el tercer año de la Licenciatura de Servicio social de la Facultad de Trabajo Social de la U.N.E.R.
Continúa como profesor de nivel superior y medio en la Dirección de Educación Física, Deportes y Recreación de la Universidad Nacional del Litoral. Nombrado hasta la sustanciación de los concursos (de los que no hay fecha). Son dieciocho (18) horas semanales en nivel superior y seis (6) horas en nivel medio.-
Continuó como profesor de los talleres integradores optativos en la Escuela de Enseñanza Media nº 331 de Santa Fe, Pcia. de Santa Fe hasta el 31 de octubre de 1999. En ocho (8) horas cátedra semanales, interino. Continuó como profesor de área social en la Escuela Superior de Comercio “D.G. Silva” en las cátedras de Derecho Usual, como profesor titular en seis (6) horas semanales. Hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1996.-
Continuó revistando como profesor titular en el área social en la Escuela de Educación Técnica Esteban Echeverría, en diez (10) horas de cátedra y titular, hasta el 31/12/96. Semanales.Continúo como profesor titular en catorce (14) horas de cátedra, semanales, en el área social, en la Escuela de Educación Técnica nº 1 “Dr. Nicolás Avellaneda” de Santa Fe, Pcia. de Santa Fe.-
Fue Director de la Escuela de Teatro en el Instituto Agrotécnico Canton de Zárate durante 1971.- Director de Escuela de Teatro del Sindicato de Trabajadores de la Educación del Dpto. Las Colonias, Pcia. de Santa Fe, en el período 1973/1975.- Director de la Escuela de Teatro en la E.N.E.T. nº 5 “Esteban Echeverría” de Santa Fe, Pcia. de Santa Fe, en el lapso 1977/1980.-Designado mediante resolución ministerial, Organizador de la Enseñanza del Ajedrez en las escuelas primarias de la Provincia de Santa Fe durante el año 1974.-
Miembro de la comisión de Investigación de la Facultad de Trabajo social de la U.N.E.R., durante 1987/1988.- Miembro del Consejo Directivo de la Facultad de Trabajo Social de la U.N.E.R. hasta 1992. (ver certificación correspondiente).-
Miembro docente de la Junta Electoral de la Facultad de Servicio Social desde 1986; continúa.-Miembro de la Sala de los tribunales académicos de la U.N.E.R. desde 1986 hasta 1992.-Miembro suplente por la Facultad de Servicio Social ante el Consejo Superior de la U.N.E.R. Integró jurados para concurso internos de cátedra en al Facultad de Servicio social de la U.N.E.R. en el lapso 1993/1996. Continúa hasta el presente como miembro suplente de la Junta Electoral de la Facultad de Servicio Social de la U.N.E.R..-
Continuó como miembro de Sala de los tribunales académicos de la U.N.E.R. hasta 1992 y

En 1998 fue designado nuevamente integrante de los tribunales académicos de la U.N.E.R., y continúa.-Designado titular del jurado interino para la evaluación de profesor adjunto en el área jurídica. Evento que no tiene aún fecha de realización.-

Completó el curso de Lingüística Americana (las influencias del idioma Qheswa en la formación de nuestro país). Durante el mes de Julio de 1989.-Jornada sobre “Legislación de Marcas y Señales”, en Setiembre de 1972.-
Asistente a las Jornadas de Trabajo sobre estudio de la “Realidad Nacional” en 1973, en la Universidad Nacional del Litoral, con asistencia completa.
Actualización permanente del derecho positivo vigente y su jurisprudencia mediante el ejercicio activo de la abogacía, en el fuero de la Provincia de Santa Fe, ejercitando su matrícula, desde el 8/3/71, continúa ininterrumpidamente.-
También en el Fuero Federal, -donde es abogado matriculado desde 1978, continúa ininterrumpidamente.Otro tanto como abogado de la matrícula del Poder Judicial de Entre Ríos. Desde 1972; continúa ininterrumpidamente.-
Cumpliendo sus funciones de conjuez, en las dos últimas décadas, en Poder Judicial de Santa Fe. (carga pública y gratuita).-También como Juez árbitro y defensor de ausentes, por sorteo.-
Autor de la monografía que fundamentó la incorporación del Ajedrez como asignatura de promoción en el C.O.N.E.T. (E.N.E.T. nº 5) en 1974. Incorporación que se concretó desde 1974, continúa vigente.-
Autor de la monografía que fundamentó la enseñanza del Ajedrez dentro del “Proyecto 13” en las Escuelas de Enseñanza Media y Técnica de la Nación. Publicado por la Dirección de la E.N.E.T. nº 2 “Dr. M. Pizarro” en 3/11/1980.-Trabajo similar presentó para la enseñanza del Ajedrez en el Liceo Municipal de Santo Tomé, Pcia. de Santa Fe 1980.-
Autor del proyecto de enseñanza en las Escuelas Primarias de la Pcia. de Santa Fe. Realizado en 1985 actualmente se está implementándose.-

Coordinador General y Secretario Académico de las Primeras Jornadas Santafesinas de Cultura Árabe y Encuentro Litoraleño sobre el Pensamiento Argentino – Árabe, concretadas durante el mes de Agosto de 1986.-
Congresista en los Congresos de CTERA de 1973, 1974 y 1975.Miembro fundador de CTERA.- Asistente al Congreso “Primera Semana Nacional de Educación Popular”, los días 11, 12 y 13 de abril de 1991, de 26 horas de cátedra de duración, en Tandil, Provincia de Buenos Aires.- Desde 1990 hasta el presente, asistente ininterrumpido, como Jefe de equipo, director y Arbitro General, a los JUEGOS OLÍMPICOS INTERUNIVERSITARIOS, realizados anualmente.-
Desde 1990 hasta el presente se desempeña como Director, Arbitro General y Jefe de Equipo, en los Juegos Interescolares en las instancias local, departamental, regional, provincial y nacional, en las categorías menores, cadetes y juveniles, femeninos y masculinos.
Asistente como Jefe de Equipo a los Juegos de la Juventud, a nivel nacional y por la Provincia de Santa Fe, celebrado en Buenos Aires, Capital Federal, en diciembre de 1998. Competencias femeninas y masculinas.
A partir de 1965 y hasta 1984, campeón Santafesino de Ajedrez. (Durante 14 años).-
Subcampeón Argentino de Campeones de Ajedrez en 1970, Villa Giardino, Provincia de Córdoba.-Integrante del Seleccionado Argentino de Ajedrez en los matches contra Chile celebrados en Mendoza y Santiago de Chile, en 1971.-Campeón argentino por equipos representando a Santa Fe, en Pergamino, en 1975.-
Tres veces campeón zonal de ajedrez (sobre seis provincias) en 1969, 1971 y 1973Seis veces finalista del Campeonato Argentino de Ajedrez, derecho adquirido que usó sólo tres veces, -1970, 1972 y 1973 Diploma de honor al merito deportivo, en 1986 (Orden nº 132/86, del 8 de mayo de 1986).-
Mejor Primer Tablero en las Olimpíadas Universitarias de Río cuarto, Pcia. de Córdoba, en 1972. Segundo mejor tablero en las Olimpíadas “Santa Fe 400” año 1973 y en Salta, Año 1974.-Mejor Primer Tablero en el torneo Argentino Interclubes de Bell Ville, l968.-
Desde 1986 y hasta el presente, 16 veces Subcampeón Santafesino de Ajedrez. Y Cinco veces campeón de torneos oficiales de la Federación Santafesina.-

Dictados de Cursos, Seminarios, Conferencias y Coordinación de talleres
Desde 1985 hasta el presente, como Secretario de Extensión Cultural del Ateneo “José Gervasio Artigas” ha dictado conferencias sobre trama cultural y cultura popular.-
Como profesor de Ajedrez ha fundado diversos talleres de Ajedrez en establecimientos escolares y también en Clubes (Colón de Santa Fe, Alfil Blanco de la Biblioteca Popular Mariano Moreno, Centro Cultural y Recreativo Balear, Casa Árabe, Arón Castellanos de la ciudad de Esperanza, Pcia. de Santa Fe – los anteriores indicados son de Santa Fe de la misma Pcia. – y Club Atlético San Jorge, Pcia. de Santa Fe. También en Crespo, Provincia de Entre Ríos.-
Fue disertante en los temas: “Política Social de Salud en Argentina” y “Responsabilidad de los médicos”, en las Jornadas Multidisciplinarias Argentino Árabe realizadas en la República Árabe Siria, en octubre de 1989. Las disertaciones se efectuaron en las principales ciudades de Siria y utilizando ambos idiomas (el castellano y el árabe).-
Ha organizado talleres y disertado en jornadas, como Secretario del Partido Intransigente durante el lapso 1982/1985.-Expositor de trabajo de su autoría en el Congreso sobre Educación Popular en Tandil, el 12 de abril de 1991. Asistió representando a la Facultad de Trabajo Social de la U.N.E.R..-
Organizado por el Centro de Estudiantes de la Facultad de Trabajo Social de la U.N.E.R. fue panelista disertante en octubre de 1992, con motivo de los quinientos años de la conquista europea de América. (Conjuntamente con el Profesor Elvio Tell).
Desde el 8 de marzo de 1971 ininterrumpidamente ejerce la Abogacía en el Poder Judicial de la Provincia de Santa Fe. Es decir que por más de treinta (30) años ejerce el Derecho en casos concretos, lo que obliga a una permanente actualización.-
Alcanzó una amplia experiencia y conocimiento en cuestiones de Derecho Constitucional, Recursos extraordinarios – local y Federal -, Amparos, Asuntos de Familia, Materia Laboral (siempre en representación de la parte obrera), asuntos administrativos y contenciosos – administrativos. Especializándose también en casos de Responsabilidad Civil y de Responsabilidad Extracontractual. Y en material Penal.
Entre sus logros están los “Leading case” caratulados “Hase, Ricardo Alberto c/Universidad Nacional del Litoral s/Contencioso Administrativo” Exp. del año 1978 del Juzgado Federal nº 1 de Santa Fe Pcia. de Santa Fe, y en la causa “Hase, Ricardo Alberto c/Estado Nacional s/Contencioso Administrativo” Exp. nº 35 Año 1984 del Juzgado Federal nº 2 de Santa Fe, Pcia. de Santa Fe. En esta causa se declaró por primera y única vez la inconstitucionalidad total de las leyes de prescindibilidad de la dictadura militar. En ambos causas el aspirante actuó como abogado, por derecho propio.-
Por lo dicho precedentemente, también ha sido intensa su actuación en el Fuero Federal, desde 1978 hasta el presente.-
También, desde 1972, es abogado del Poder Judicial de la Provincia de Entre Ríos. Hasta el presente que continúa.
Como Conjuez del Poder Judicial de la Provincia de Santa Fe, se ha desempeñado en las dos últimas décadas , habiendo dictado sentencia en casos relevantes, tal es la causa con más de doscientos actores contra la Provincia de Santa Fe caratulada “Araoz Lucía Graciela y otros s/Amparo” Exp. nº 551 Año 1993 del Juzgado de Primera Instancia de Distrito en lo Civil y Comercial de la Cuarta Nominación de Santa Fe, Pcia. de Santa Fe. (Véase entre los antecedentes fotocopia íntegra de dicho fallo que alcanzó categoría de cosa juzgada).-
Actualmente tiene jerarquía de Camarista, Fiscal de Cámara y Defensor General de Cámara, en la lista de Conjueces designados por la Crte Suprema de Justicia de la Provincia de Santa Fe.-
El aspirante estudió formación del actor en la Escuela de Teatro de la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales de la Universidad Nacional del Litoral, bajo la dirección del profesor Mario Puentes. Fue durante 1965 y 1966.
Cursó escuela de teatro bajo la dirección de José maría Paolantonio, en teatro “Epoca”, durante 1967 y 1968, culminando su aprendizaje actuando como actor en la obra “Dos Gemelos en Apuros” (sobre una idea de Plauto) de José María Paolantonio.-
) Estudió declamación en el Liceo Municipal de la ciudad de Santa Fe, durante el año 1965.-
Estimo que tales capacitaciones sirvieron para una mayor fluidez en la comunicación oral y escrita con los cursantes. Y así lo recogieron los Jurados en los concursos en que he intervenido.
Hasta l975 practicó ajedrez como jugador semiactivo, salvo en l974 que no jugó el Campeonato Santafesino y sí clasificó para la final del Campeonato Argentino al que no asistió. En l976 tampoco participó del torneo Mayor local, auto excluyéndose por ser Presidente de la Federación Santafesina de Ajedrez., cargo que ejerció ese año y en l977.
Desde l990 (siendo Sub Campeón santafesino) no volvió a disputar el campeonato santafesino hasta l995, lapso en el que permaneció inactivo totalmente. Fue también Campeón en el torneo Primavera individual del Centro Español y en el torneo memorial Emilio Mattioli. También ganó varios torneos abiertos destacándose en abierto de unión que obtuvo con el l00% de eficacia. Su record de eficacia es el torneo Mayor Santafesino de l973, donde obtuvo catorce puntos sobre igual cantidad disputada (l00%) con la particularidad que la segunda rueda la disputaron los mejores que perdieron con él, todos ,la revancha.-

Ricardo Alberto Hase was born on February 6, 1946. Son of Yunes Hase and Rosa Amado de Hase. He had 3 children: Yunes Luciano Hase, Salim Ricardo Hase, and Ale Francisco Hase.
The tumultuous 70s saw him graduate as a Lawyer from the UNL (National University of the Littoral). Notwithstanding this, he also graduated as a Professor of Theory and Solfège (graduate of the “Strauss” Conservatory) and as a Piano Professor (graduate of the “Strauss” Conservatory).
The science of stenography was not elusive to him, as he graduated as a Stenographer (graduate of the Stenography School of the Province of Santa Fe).
He was an Emeritus Master of Sport (awarded by the Superior Government of the Province of Santa Fe) and a Professor of the Arabic language at the Santafesino Institute of Teaching, where he served as such. Also, he was a FIDE Chess Master, awarded by the International Chess Federation.
From May 3, 1963, to November 15, 1963, he served as a substitute Fifth Official in the General Accounting Office of the Province of Santa Fe. In the 1964 and 1965 academic terms, he served as a substitute preceptor at the “Simón de Iriondo” National College and at the “D. G. Silva” Superior School of Commerce in the city of Santa Fe, Province of Santa Fe.
During the year 1962, he served as a professor of the Arabic language at the Santafesino Institute of Teaching in the city of Santa Fe, while on December 2, 1965, he entered through a competitive examination as a permanent Clerk in the Judiciary of the Province of Santa Fe until March 8, 1971, when he resigned to practice law.
It is worth noting that from April 1, 1971, to May 31, 1971, he served as Head of Boarding and Regent of Studies at the “Cantón de Zárate” Agrotechnical School of Sa Pereira, Province of Santa Fe, on an interim basis. Also, from April 1, 1971, to March 1, 1972, he served as an interim professor in Agrarian Legislation, History, and Civic Instruction—nine (9) teaching hours—in the Higher Cycle of the “Cantón de Zárate” Agrotechnical School of Sa Pereira, Province of Santa Fe.

He was a substitute Professor in the subject “Human Relations” at E.N.E.T. No. 1 “Dr. Nicolás Avellaneda” during the last four-month term of 1971. He was also a substitute Professor in the subject “Political Economy” during one four-month term at the “D.F. Sarmiento” Superior Normal School in the city of Esperanza, Province of Santa Fe. During the period from March 1972 to May 1980, he served in fourteen teaching hours (six permanent and eight interim) in the subjects of Civic Education, Commercial Law, Customary Law, Administrative Law, and Political Economy, at the “D.F. Sarmiento” Superior Normal School of the city of Esperanza, Province of Santa Fe.
From March 1974 until December 31, 1996, he was a professor at E.N.E.T. No. 5 “Esteban Echeverría” of Santa Fe, Province of Santa Fe, in ten (10) permanent teaching hours corresponding to the subjects “Social Law,” “Commercial Law,” and “Chess.”
From April 1976 until December 31, 1996, he was a professor in fourteen (14) teaching hours at E.N.E.T. No. 1 “Dr. Nicolás Avellaneda” as a permanent staff member in the city of Santa Fe, Province of Santa Fe. From April 1, 1974, to September 4, 1986, he was a professor at the Higher Institute of Music of the National University of the Littoral in the subject “Study of National Reality and the Third World,” a position he attained through a double competitive examination of merit and background, and until the completion of the competition for tenured positions. Interim. Higher level chair.
Since May 1, 1973, he has been a professor at the Direction of Physical Education, Sports, and Recreation of the National University of the Littoral. Appointed until the completion of a competition, he continues to the present. During the 1986/1989 academic terms, he was the professor in charge of the evaluation of Social Security Seminars at the Faculty of Social Work of the U.N.E.R. He was a speaker on the topics: “Social Health Policy in Argentina” and “Responsibility of Doctors” at the Argentine-Arabic Multidisciplinary Days held in the Syrian Arab Republic in October 1989. The lectures were held in the main cities of Syria and using both languages (Spanish and Arabic). He has organized workshops and spoken at conferences as Secretary of the Intransigent Party during the period 1982/1985. From March 8, 1971, uninterruptedly he practiced Law in the Judiciary of the Province of Santa Fe. That is to say, for more than thirty (30) years he practiced Law in concrete cases, which requires permanent updating.
He reached extensive experience and knowledge in matters of Constitutional Law, Extraordinary Remedies—local and Federal—, Amparos, Family Matters, Labor Matters (always representing the labor side), administrative and contentious-administrative matters. Also specializing in cases of Civil Liability and Extracontractual Liability. And in Criminal matters.
Among his achievements are the “Leading cases” titled “Hase, Ricardo Alberto v. Universidad Nacional del Litoral regarding Contentious Administrative” File from the year 1978 of Federal Court No. 1 of Santa Fe, Province of Santa Fe, and in the case “Hase, Ricardo Alberto v. Estado Nacional regarding Contentious Administrative” File No. 35 Year 1984 of Federal Court No. 2 of Santa Fe, Province of Santa Fe. In this case, for the first and only time, the total unconstitutionality of the laws of prescindibility of the military dictatorship was declared. In both cases, the applicant acted as a lawyer in his own right.
Due to what has been stated previously, his performance in the Federal Courts has also been intense from 1978 to the present. Also, since 1972, he has been a lawyer for the Judiciary of the Province of Entre Ríos. Continuing until the present.
As a Co-judge (conjuez) of the Judiciary of the Province of Santa Fe, he has served in the last two decades, having issued sentences in relevant cases, such as the case with more than two hundred plaintiffs against the Province of Santa Fe titled “Araoz Lucía Graciela and others regarding Amparo” File No. 551 Year 1993 of the District Court of First Instance in Civil and Commercial Matters of the Fourth Nomination of Santa Fe, Province of Santa Fe (See among the background full photocopy of said ruling which reached the category of res judicata). Currently, he has the rank of Camarista, Chamber Prosecutor, and General Chamber Defender, in the list of Co-judges designated by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Province of Santa Fe.
The applicant studied actor training at the Theater School of the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of the National University of the Littoral, under the direction of professor Mario Puentes. It was during 1965 and 1966. He studied theater school under the direction of José María Paolantonio, in the “Epoca” theater, during 1967 and 1968, culminating his learning acting as an actor in the play “Two Twins in Trouble” (based on an idea by Plautus) by José María Paolantonio.
He studied elocution at the Municipal Liceo of the city of Santa Fe during the year 1965. I consider that such training served for greater fluency in oral and written communication with students. And so the Juries in the competitions in which I have intervened acknowledged it.
Until 1975, he practiced chess as a semi-active player, except in 1974 when he did not play the Santafesino Championship and did qualify for the final of the Argentine Championship which he did not attend. In 1976, he also did not participate in the local Major tournament, self-excluding because he was President of the Santafesina Chess Federation, a position he held that year and in 1977.
Since 1990 (being the Santafesino Runner-up) he did not compete again in the Santafesino championship until 1995, a period in which he remained totally inactive. He was also Champion in the individual Spring tournament of the Centro Español and in the memorial Emilio Mattioli tournament. He also won several open tournaments, excelling in the Unión open where he achieved 100% effectiveness. His effectiveness record is the 1973 Santafesino Major tournament, where he obtained fourteen points out of an equal amount played (100%) with the particularity that the second round was played by the best who lost to him, all of them, in the rematch.
He passed away in Santa Fe on February 4, 2026.
Ricardo Alberto Hase wurde am 6. Februar 1946 geboren. Sohn von Yunes Hase und Rosa Amado de Hase. Er hatte 3 Kinder: Yunes Luciano Hase, Salim Ricardo Hase und Ale Francisco Hase.
In den turbulenten 70er Jahren schloss er sein Studium der Rechtswissenschaften an der UNL (Nationale Universität del Litoral) als Rechtsanwalt ab. Ungeachtet dessen diplomierte er als Professor für Musiktheorie und Solfeggio (Absolvent des Konservatoriums „Strauss“) und als Klavierprofessor (Absolvent des Konservatoriums „Strauss“). Auch die Wissenschaft der Stenografie war ihm nicht fremd, da er als Stenograf diplomierte (Absolvent der Schule für Stenografie der Provinz Santa Fe).
Er war emeritierter Sportmeister (verliehen von der Regierung der Provinz Santa Fe) und Professor für Arabisch am „Instituto Santafesino de Enseñanza“, wo er als solcher tätig war. Außerdem war er FIDE-Schachmeister, verliehen vom Weltschachbund (FIDE).
Vom 3.5.63 bis zum 15.11.63 war er als stellvertretender „Oficial V“ im allgemeinen Rechnungshof der Provinz Santa Fe tätig. In den Schuljahren 1964 und 1965 arbeitete er als stellvertretender Präzeptor am Nationalkolleg „Simón de Iriondo“ und an der Höheren Handelsschule „D. G. Silva“ in der Stadt Santa Fe, Provinz Santa Fe.
Im Jahr 1962 war er als Arabischlehrer am „Instituto Santafesino de Enseñanza“ in der Stadt Santa Fe tätig, während er am 2. Dezember 1965 durch einen Wettbewerb als festangestellter Schreiber in die Justiz der Provinz Santa Fe eintrat, wo er bis zum 8. März 1971 blieb, als er zurücktrat, um den Anwaltsberuf auszuüben.

Im letzten Tertial des Jahres 1971 war er Vertretungsprofessor im Fach „Human Relations“ an der E.N.E.T. Nr. 1 „Dr. Nicolás Avellaneda“. Er war auch ein Tertial lang Vertretungsprofessor im Fach „Politische Ökonomie“ an der Höheren Normalschule „D.F. Sarmiento“ in Esperanza, Provinz Santa Fe. Von März 1972 bis Mai 1980 war er mit vierzehn Wochenstunden (sechs festangestellt und acht interimistisch) in den Fächern Staatsbürgerkunde, Handelsrecht, Gewohnheitsrecht, Verwaltungsrecht und Politische Ökonomie an der Höheren Normalschule „D.F. Sarmiento“ in Esperanza tätig.
Von März 1974 bis zum 31. Dezember 1996 war er Professor an der E.N.E.T. Nr. 5 „Esteban Echeverría“ in Santa Fe mit zehn (10) festen Wochenstunden in den Fächern „Sozialrecht“, „Handelsrecht“ und „Schach“.
Von April 1976 bis zum 31. Dezember 1996 war er Professor mit vierzehn (14) festen Wochenstunden an der E.N.E.T. Nr. 1 „Dr. Nicolás Avellaneda“ in der Stadt Santa Fe. Von Mai 1980 bis zum 31.12.96 war er ordentlicher Professor mit sechs (6) Wochenstunden im Fach „Gewohnheitsrecht“ an der Höheren Handelsschule „D.G. Silva“ in der Stadt Santa Fe.
Vom 1.4.74 bis zum 4.9.86 war er Professor am Höheren Musikinstitut der Nationalen Universität del Litoral im Fach „Studium der nationalen Realität und der Dritten Welt“. Diese Stelle erhielt er durch ein Auswahlverfahren und behielt sie bis zur Besetzung der festen Lehrstühle (interimistisch, Hochschulniveau).
Seit dem 1.5.1973 ist er Professor im Direktorat für Leibeserziehung, Sport und Freizeit der Nationalen Universität del Litoral. Er wurde bis zur Durchführung eines Wettbewerbs ernannt und ist dort bis heute tätig. Am 4.9.1986 erhöhte er auf achtzehn (18) Wochenstunden im Hochschulbereich und im zweiten Halbjahr 1990 auf sechs (6) zusätzliche Stunden im Mittelstufenbereich im selben Direktorat (am Polytechnischen Institut). Das Fach in seiner Verantwortung ist „Schach“.
Von 1986 bis März 1990 war er als interimistischer ordentlicher Professor (einfache Widmung) am Lehrstuhl „Planung und Sozialpolitik“ im Lizentiatsstudiengang der Fakultät für Sozialarbeit der UNER tätig.
In den Studienjahren 1988/1992 war er ordentlicher Professor durch Wettbewerb am Lehrstuhl „Sozialpolitik“ im vierten Jahr des Studiengangs Sozialarbeit an der Fakultät für Sozialarbeit der U.N.E.R. Er konnte seine Ernennung nicht verlängern, da KEIN Wettbewerb ausgeschrieben wurde und stattdessen willkürlich ein Interimsprofessor ernannt wurde. Der Wettbewerb basierte auf Leistung und Hintergrund, bei einfacher Widmung.
Von April 1986 bis zum Ende des Studienjahres 1990 war er ordentlicher Professor am Lehrstuhl „Gewohnheitsrecht“, eine Stelle, die er durch ein Auswahlverfahren erhielt. Gemäß dem Programm von 1989 wurde das Fach in „Juristische Informationen“ umbenannt, und er behielt die ununterbrochene Professur bis heute durch einen im September 1990 abgehaltenen Wettbewerb.
In den Studienjahren 1986/1989 war er für die Bewertung der Seminare zur sozialen Sicherheit an der Fakultät für Sozialarbeit der U.N.E.R. verantwortlich. Vom 23.04.90 (bis zu seinem Rücktritt am 31.10.99) war er Professor für die vier optionalen integrativen Schachwerkstätten an der Mittelstufenschule Nr. 331 der Stadt Santa Fe mit acht (8) wöchentlichen Stunden (interimistisch).
Er war bis März 1992 ordentlicher Professor (einfache Widmung) durch Wettbewerb für das Fach „Sozialpolitik“ im vierten Jahr des Studiengangs Sozialarbeit an der U.N.E.R. Er schied aus, weil kein neuer Wettbewerb ausgeschrieben wurde und ein anderer Agent interimistisch ernannt wurde.
Ab Oktober 1990 bestätigte er seine Stelle als ordentlicher Professor (einfache Widmung) durch ein Auswahlverfahren im juristischen Bereich im umbenannten Fach „Juristische Informationen“ (Studienplan 1989) im dritten Jahr des Lizentiatsstudiengangs für Sozialdienst an der U.N.E.R.
Er ist weiterhin Professor für Hoch- und Mittelstufe im Direktorat für Leibeserziehung, Sport und Freizeit der Nationalen Universität del Litoral. Er ist bis zur Durchführung der Wettbewerbe (für die es noch kein Datum gibt) ernannt. Es sind achtzehn (18) Wochenstunden im Hochschulbereich und sechs (6) Stunden im Mittelstufenbereich.
Er war bis zum 31. Oktober 1999 Professor für die optionalen integrativen Werkstätten an der Mittelstufenschule Nr. 331 von Santa Fe mit acht (8) wöchentlichen Stunden (interimistisch). Ebenfalls war er bis zum 31. Dezember 1996 ordentlicher Professor im sozialen Bereich an der Höheren Handelsschule „D.G. Silva“ für Gewohnheitsrecht mit sechs (6) Wochenstunden.
Bis zum 31.12.96 war er ordentlicher Professor im sozialen Bereich an der Technischen Schule Esteban Echeverría mit zehn (10) Wochenstunden. Er war weiterhin ordentlicher Professor mit vierzehn (14) Wochenstunden im sozialen Bereich an der Technischen Schule Nr. 1 „Dr. Nicolás Avellaneda“ in Santa Fe.
Er war 1971 Direktor der Theaterschule am Landwirtschaftlichen Institut Cantón de Zárate. Von 1973 bis 1975 war er Direktor der Theaterschule der Bildungsgewerkschaft im Departement Las Colonias. Von 1977 bis 1980 war er Direktor der Theaterschule an der E.N.E.T. Nr. 5 „Esteban Echeverría“ in Santa Fe. Per Ministerialbeschluss wurde er 1974 zum Organisator des Schachunterrichts in den Grundschulen der Provinz Santa Fe ernannt.
Mitglied der Forschungskommission der Fakultät für Sozialarbeit der U.N.E.R. in den Jahren 1987/1988. Mitglied des Vorstands der Fakultät für Sozialarbeit der U.N.E.R. bis 1992 (siehe entsprechende Bescheinigung). Dozentenmitglied des Wahlausschusses der Fakultät für Sozialarbeit seit 1986 bis heute. Mitglied der Kammer der akademischen Tribunale der U.N.E.R. von 1986 bis 1992. Stellvertretendes Mitglied für die Fakultät für Sozialarbeit im Obersten Rat der U.N.E.R. 1998 wurde er erneut zum Mitglied der akademischen Tribunale der U.N.E.R. ernannt, was er bis heute ist. Er wurde zum ordentlichen Mitglied der interimistischen Jury für die Bewertung von außerordentlichen Professoren im juristischen Bereich ernannt (Datum noch offen). Mitglied der Jury für Auswahlverfahren im Fach „Sozialrecht“ an den Fakultäten für Geistes- und Sozialwissenschaften der U.N.P.S.J.B.
Er belegte 1973 ein Jahr lang das System des öffentlichen Rechts im Promotionsstudiengang an der Fakultät für Rechts- und Sozialwissenschaften der Nationalen Universität del Litoral. Ebenfalls 1973 belegte er ein Jahr lang das System des Privatrechts im selben Promotionsstudiengang. Im selben Studiengang belegte er 1973 den Kurs „Pädagogische Orientierung“ mit einer Dauer von vierzig Stunden. 1981 nahm er am Seminar über außerordentliche Rechtsbehelfe unter der Leitung der Doktoren Germán J. Bidart Campos, Genaro R. Carrió und Jorge Reynaldo Vanossi teil.
Im Juli 1989 schloss er den Kurs über amerikanische Linguistik (Einflüsse der Qheswa-Sprache auf die Bildung unseres Landes) ab. Tagung über „Marken- und Signalgesetzgebung“ im September 1972. Teilnehmer an den Arbeitstagungen zum Studium der „Nationalen Realität“ im Jahr 1973 an der Nationalen Universität del Litoral. Ständige Aktualisierung des geltenden Rechts und der Rechtsprechung durch aktive Ausübung des Anwaltsberufs in der Provinz Santa Fe seit dem 8.3.71 bis heute ohne Unterbrechung. Ebenfalls vor Bundesgerichten, wo er seit 1978 als Anwalt zugelassen ist, sowie als Anwalt in der Provinz Entre Ríos seit 1972 bis heute.
In den letzten zwei Jahrzehnten war er als Hilfsrichter (Conjuez) in der Justiz von Santa Fe tätig (ehrenamtliche Tätigkeit). Ebenfalls als Schiedsrichter und Verteidiger von Abwesenden. Autor der Monografie, die 1974 die Einführung von Schach als Pflichtfach an der C.O.N.E.T. (E.N.E.T. Nr. 5) begründete, was bis heute gültig ist.
Autor der Monografie, die den Schachunterricht im Rahmen des „Projekts 13“ an den nationalen Mittel- und Technikschulen begründete, veröffentlicht 1980. Ein ähnliches Werk legte er 1980 für den Schachunterricht am städtischen Lyzeum von Santo Tomé vor. Autor des Projekts für den Unterricht an Grundschulen der Provinz Santa Fe aus dem Jahr 1985, das derzeit umgesetzt wird.
Autor des 1991 veröffentlichten Artikels „Die Golf-Frage und wir“. Autor des Vortrags „Kultur und Volksbildung“, der 1991 auf dem Kongress für Volkskultur in Tandil gehalten wurde. Autor der Arbeit „Die Konstitution des Subjekts“, veröffentlicht 1996.
Autor des Vortrags „Es gibt viele Kulturen“, veröffentlicht 1998 in Paraná. Er war Referent zu den Themen „Soziale Gesundheitspolitik in Argentinien“ und „Verantwortung der Ärzte“ bei den argentinisch-arabischen Tagen in Syrien 1989 (auf Spanisch und Arabisch). Er organisierte Werkstätten als Sekretär der „Partido Intransigente“ zwischen 1982 und 1985. Referent beim Kongress für Volksbildung in Tandil 1991 für die U.N.E.R. Diskussionsteilnehmer 1992 anlässlich der 500 Jahre der europäischen Eroberung Amerikas.
Seit dem 8. März 1971 übt er ununterbrochen den Anwaltsberuf in der Provinz Santa Fe aus, was eine ständige Aktualisierung erforderte. Er erlangte umfangreiche Erfahrung in den Bereichen Verfassungsrecht, außerordentliche Rechtsbehelfe, Familienrecht, Arbeitsrecht (immer als Vertreter der Arbeitnehmer), Verwaltungsrecht sowie Zivil- und Strafrecht.
Zu seinen Erfolgen zählen die Grundsatzurteile („Leading Cases“) „Hase gegen UNL“ (1978) und „Hase gegen Nationalstaat“ (1984), in denen zum ersten und einzigen Mal die totale Verfassungswidrigkeit der Gesetze der Militärdiktatur erklärt wurde. In beiden Fällen trat er als Anwalt in eigener Sache auf. Er war auch intensiv vor Bundesgerichten (seit 1978) und in der Provinz Entre Ríos (seit 1972) tätig.
Als Hilfsrichter in Santa Fe fällte er in den letzten zwei Jahrzehnten Urteile in bedeutenden Fällen, wie der Klage von über zweihundert Klägern gegen die Provinz Santa Fe (1993). Derzeit hat er den Rang eines Kamerarichters, Staatsanwalts und Generalverteidigers in der Liste der von der Suprema Corte de Justicia von Santa Fe ernannten Hilfsrichter.
Er studierte Schauspiel an der Theaterschule der UNL (1965–1966) und unter der Leitung von José María Paolantonio im Theater „Epoca“ (1967–1968), wobei er in dem Stück „Dos Gemelos en Apuros“ auftrat. Er studierte Deklamation am städtischen Lyzeum von Santa Fe (1965). Diese Ausbildung diente einer besseren Kommunikation in der Lehre.
Bis 1975 spielte er Schach als halbaktiver Spieler. 1976 und 1977 war er Präsident der Schachföderation von Santa Fe. Er gewann zahlreiche Turniere und hält einen Effizienzrekord aus dem Jahr 1973, als er 100 % der Punkte erzielte.
Er verstarb in Santa Fe am 4. Februar 2026.
Ricardo Alberto Hase è nato il 6 febbraio 1946. Figlio di Yunes Hase e Rosa Amado de Hase. Ha avuto 3 figli: Yunes Luciano Hase, Salim Ricardo Hase e Ale Francisco Hase.
I tumultuosi anni ’70 lo hanno visto laurearsi come Avvocato presso l’UNL (Università Nazionale del Litorale). Nonostante ciò, si è diplomato come Professore di Teoria e Solfeggio (diplomato al Conservatorio “Strauss”) e come Professore di Pianoforte (diplomato al Conservatorio “Strauss”). La scienza della stenografia no gli fu estranea, diplomandosi come Stenografo (diplomato alla Scuola di Stenografia della Prov. di Santa Fe).
È stato Maestro Emerito dello Sport (insignito dal Governo Superiore della Provincia di Santa Fe) e Professore di lingua araba presso l’Istituto Santafesino di Insegnamento. Inoltre, è stato Maestro FIDE di Scacchi, titolo conferito dalla Federazione Internazionale degli Scacchi.
Dal 3/5/63 al 15/11/63 ha lavorato come Ufficiale V supplente presso la Ragioneria Generale della Provincia di Santa Fe. Negli anni scolastici 1964 e 1965 è stato precettore supplente presso il Collegio Nazionale “Simón de Iriondo” e presso la Scuola Superiore di Commercio “D. G. Silva” della città di Santa Fe.
Durante l’anno 1962 è stato professore di lingua araba presso l’Istituto Santafesino di Insegnamento, mentre il 2 dicembre 1965 è entrato per concorso come Scrivano titolare presso il Potere Giudiziario della Provincia di Santa Fe fino all’8 marzo 1971, quando si è dimesso per esercitare l’avvocatura.
Dal 1/4/71 al 31/5/71 è stato Capo degli Internati e Reggente di Studi presso la Scuola Agrotecnica “Cantón de Zárate” di Sa Pereira, Prov. di Santa Fe (interino). Inoltre, dal 1/4/71 al 1/3/72 è stato professore interino di Legislazione Agraria, Storia e Istruzione Civica (9 ore settimanali) nel Ciclo Superiore della stessa scuola.
Dal 1/4/71 al 10/5/74 è stato professore interino di Istruzione Civica nel ciclo base della Scuola Agrotecnica Cantón de Zárate.

Ha mantenuto un aggiornamento costante del diritto positivo e della giurisprudenza attraverso l’esercizio attivo dell’avvocatura dal 1971 ad oggi, sia in ambito provinciale che federale e nella provincia di Entre Ríos.
Ha servito come Conjuez (giudice aggiunto) negli ultimi due decenni presso il Potere Giudiziario di Santa Fe. Autore di numerose monografie sull’insegnamento degli scacchi nelle scuole. Autore di vari articoli pubblicati su riviste accademiche, tra cui “La questione del Golfo e noi” (1991), “Cultura ed Educazione Popolare” (1991), “La costituzione del soggetto” (1996), “L’insostenibile disarmonia dello Stato Argentino” (1999) e “La cellula abbandonata: La Famiglia” (2001).
Ha partecipato a congressi nazionali e internazionali, tra cui le “Giornate Multidisciplinari Argentino-Arabe” in Siria (1989). Fondatore della CTERA. Direttore e Arbitro Generale dei Giochi Olimpici Interuniversitari dal 1990.
È stato Campione di Scacchi di Santa Fe per 14 anni (tra il 1965 e el 1984). Vice-campione Argentino nel 1970. Membro della nazionale argentina nel 1971. Tre volte campione zonale. Ha ricevuto il Diploma d’onore al merito sportivo nel 1986.
Ha esercitato l’avvocatura ininterrottamente dal 1971. Specializzato in Diritto Costituzionale, Amparo, Diritto di Famiglia, Lavoro e Penale. Ha patrocinato i “Leading cases” “Hase c/ UNL” (1978) e “Hase c/ Stato Nazionale” (1984), dove per la prima volta è stata dichiarata l’incostituzionalità totale delle leggi della dittatura militare.
Ha studiato teatro e recitazione tra il 1965 e il 1968 sotto la direzione di Mario Puentes e José María Paolantonio. È deceduto a Santa Fe il 4 febbraio 2026.

ريكاردو ألبرتو حاسي، وُلِد في 6 فبراير 1946. ابن يونس حاسي وروز أمادو دي حاسي. كان لديه 3 أبناء: يونس لوسيانو حاسي، وسليم ريكاردو حاسي، وآلي فرانسيسكو حاسي.
شهدت سنوات السبعينيات المضطربة تخرجه كمحامٍ من جامعة ليتورال الوطنية (UNL). ورغم ذلك، تخرج كأستاذ في النظرية الموسيقية والصولفيج (خريج معهد “شتراوس” للموسيقى)، وأستاذ بيانو (خريج معهد “شتراوس”). لم يغب عنه علم الاختزال، حيث تخرج كمختزل (خريج مدرسة الاختزال في مقاطعة سانتا في).
كان أستاذاً فخرياً في الرياضة (بمنح من حكومة مقاطعة سانتا في) وأستاذاً للغة العربية في معهد سانتا في للتعليم حيث عمل بهذه الصفة. كما كان “أستاذاً دولياً” (FIDE Master) في الشطرنج، بلقب من الاتحاد الدولي للشطرنج.
منذ 3/5/63 إلى 15/11/63 عمل كمسؤول خامس بديل في المحاسبة العامة لمقاطعة سانتا في. وفي الفترات الدراسية 1964 و1965 عمل كمشرف بديل في الكلية الوطنية “سيمون دي إيريوندو” وفي مدرسة التجارة العليا “دي جي سيلفا” في مدينة سانتا في، مقاطعة سانتا في.
خلال عام 1962 عمل كأستاذ للغة العربية في معهد سانتا في للتعليم، بينما في 2 ديسمبر 1965 دخل عن طريق مسابقة عامة ككاتب رسمي في السلطة القضائية لمقاطعة سانتا في حتى 8 مارس 1971 عندما استقال لممارسة المحاماة.
منذ 1/4/71 إلى 31/5/71 عمل كرئيس للمقيمين ومدير للدراسات في المدرسة الزراعية “كانتون دي زاراتي” في سا بيريرا، مقاطعة سانتا في (بالإنابة). ومنذ 1/4/71 إلى 1/3/72 عمل كأستاذ بالإنابة في التشريع الزراعي والتاريخ والتربية الوطنية (9 ساعات دراسية) في الدورة العليا للمدرسة الزراعية المذكورة.
منذ 1/4/71 حتى 10/5/74 كان أستاذاً للتربية الوطنية بالإنابة في الدورة الأساسية للمدرسة الزراعية كانتون دي زاراتي.
كان أستاذاً بديلاً في مادة “العلاقات الإنسانية” في مدرسة E.N.E.T. رقم 1 “د. نيكولاس أفيلانيدا” خلال الثلث الأخير من عام 1971. كما كان أستاذاً بديلاً في مادة “الاقتصاد السياسي” في المدرسة العادية العليا “د. ف. سارمينتو” في مدينة إسبيرانزا. خلال الفترة من مارس 1972 إلى مايو 1980 عمل بـ 14 ساعة دراسية في مواد التربية الوطنية، القانون التجاري، القانون العام، القانون الإداري والاقتصاد السياسي في مدرسة إسبيرانزا العادية العليا.

من أبريل 1976 حتى 31 ديسمبر 1996 كان أستاذاً بـ 14 ساعة دراسية أصلية في مدرسة E.N.E.T. رقم 1 “د. نيكولاس أفيلانيدا”. كما كان أستاذاً أصيلاً بـ 6 ساعات في مادة “القانون العام” من مايو 1980 حتى 31/12/96 في مدرسة التجارة العليا “دي جي سيلفا”.
من 1/4/74 إلى 4/9/86 كان أستاذاً في المعهد العالي للموسيقى بجامعة ليتورال الوطنية في مادة “دراسة الواقع الوطني والعالم الثالث” (بالإنابة، مستوى تعليم عالي).
منذ 1/5/1973 عمل كأستاذ في مديرية التربية البدنية والرياضة بجامعة ليتورال الوطنية. في 4/9/1986 زاد عدد ساعاته إلى 18 ساعة في المستوى العالي و6 ساعات في المستوى المتوسط (في المعهد التقني). المادة التي كان يدرسها هي “الشطرنج”.
من 1986 حتى مارس 1990 عمل كأستاذ أصيل بالإنابة في كرسي “التخطيط والسياسة الاجتماعية” في كلية الخدمة الاجتماعية بجامعة UNER. وفي الفترات الدراسية 1988/1992 كان أستاذاً أصيلاً عن طريق المسابقة في كرسي “السياسة الاجتماعية”.
من أبريل 1986 حتى عام 1990 كان أستاذاً أصيلاً في كرسي “القانون العام” (التي تغير اسمها لاحقاً إلى “المعلومات القانونية”). بين عامي 1986 و1989 كان مسؤولاً عن تقييم سيمينارات الضمان الاجتماعي في كلية الخدمة الاجتماعية بجامعة UNER. من عام 1990 إلى 1999 كان أستاذاً لورش الشطرنج في المدرسة المتوسطة رقم 331 في سانتا في (8 ساعات أسبوعياً).
استمر حتى مارس 1992 كأستاذ أصيل في مادة “السياسة الاجتماعية” في جامعة UNER. ومنذ أكتوبر 1990 أعاد إثبات جدارته كأستاذ أصيل في مادة “المعلومات القانونية” في نفس الجامعة. واستمر كأستاذ للمستوى العالي والمتوسط في مديرية التربية البدنية بجامعة ليتورال الوطنية (18 ساعة مستوى عالي و6 ساعات مستوى متوسط).
كان مديراً لمدرسة المسرح في المعهد الزراعي كانتون دي زاراتي عام 1971. ومديراً لمدرسة المسرح لنقابة عمال التعليم بين 1973 و1975. ومديراً لمدرسة المسرح في E.N.E.T. رقم 5 بين 1977 و1980. عُيِّن منظماً لتعليم الشطرنج في المدارس الابتدائية بمقاطعة سانتا في عام 1974.
عضو في لجنة الأبحاث بكلية الخدمة الاجتماعية بجامعة UNER (1987/1988). وعضو في المجلس التوجيهي للكلية حتى 1992. وعضو هيئة التدريس في المجلس الانتخابي للكلية منذ 1986. وعضو في المحاكم الأكاديمية لجامعة UNER بين 1986 و1992.
درس نظام القانون العام والخاص في مرحلة الدكتوراه بكلية الحقوق بجامعة ليتورال الوطنية عام 1973. وأكمل دورة في اللغويات الأمريكية عام 1989. حضر سيمينارات حول الموارد الاستثنائية وواقع الوطن. حافظ على تحديث مستمر للقانون والاجتهاد القضائي من خلال ممارسة المحاماة منذ عام 1971 حتى وفاته، في المحاكم الإقليمية والفيدرالية وفي مقاطعة إنتري ريوس.
عمل كقاضٍ احتياطي (Conjuez) في السلطة القضائية لسانتا في خلال العقدين الأخيرين. ألف العديد من الدراسات حول إدراج الشطرنج كمادة تعليمية. ونشر مقالات في مجلات أكاديمية مثل “قضية الخليج ونحن” (1991)، “الثقافة والتعليم الشعبي” (1991)، “تكوين الذات” (1996)، “عدم الانسجام بين الدولة الأرجنتينية والمقاطعات المتحدة” (1999) و”الخلية المهجورة: العائلة” (2001).
شارك في مؤتمرات وطنية ودولية، منها “الأيام متعددة التخصصات الأرجنتينية العربية” في سوريا (1989). عضو مؤسس لنقابة CTERA. مدير وحكم عام للألعاب الأولمبية الجامعية منذ 1990.
كان بطلاً للشطرنج في سانتا في لمدة 14 عاماً (بين 1965 و1984). وصيف بطل الأرجنتين عام 1970. عضو المنتخب الأرجنتيني عام 1971. حصل على دبلوم الشرف للاستحقاق الرياضي عام 1986.
مارس المحاماة لأكثر من 30 عاماً، متخصصاً في القانون الدستوري، قضايا الأسرة، العمل والجنائي. قاد قضايا تاريخية (Leading cases) مثل قضية “حاسي ضد جامعة ليتورال” (1978) وقضية “حاسي ضد الدولة الوطنية” (1984)، حيث أُعلن لأول مرة عن عدم دستورية قوانين الديكتاتورية العسكرية.
درس التمثيل المسرحي بين عامي 1965 و1968. توفي في سانتا في في 4 فبراير 2026
