BRIEVA STELLA-BIOGRAFIA
Nació en la Provincia de Santa Fe el 29 de Setiembre de 1968. A los 22 años obtiene el título de Diseñadora de Interiores en el Instituto 12, y en forma conjunta comienza a dar a conocer su arte.
En el año 1990 se asocia a Asociación de Artistas Plásticos Santafesinos dando comienzo a las actividades artísticas como muestras, concursos, y salones de arte.
En 1994 recibe premio y mención en el Salón Anual de A.A.P.S.
En los años 1996 y 1998 respectivamente es premiada sección dibujo en la Bienal de Arte Joven
Año 1999 Primer premio concurso de isologotipos para el Centro Interdisciplinario de Investigaciones Estéticas dirigido por Jorge Taverna Irigoyen.
Siendo miembro de la A.A.P.S. (asociación artistas plásticos santafesinos) participa en muestras colectivas e individuales, salones anuales y concursos.
Año 2005 restauración del mural en Hospital Iturraspe contratada por empresa Mundo Construcciones- Santa Fe.
Año 2011 recibe el titulo como Arte terapeuta en el Centro Gestáltico San Isidro.
Participa como tallerista de arte sustentable en La Redonda arte y vida cotidiana
A finales del 2012 realiza una muestra individual denominada “Dibujos” en la Galería AG ARTE, realizando posteriormente una muestra colectiva en ‘’Art, food & Wine Cruise’’ de Costa Cruceros.
Año 2013 tras mudarse de su ciudad natal a vivir en Buenos Aires, es convocada para exponer en el espacio cultural del Hotel Design de Boca, Galería Braque, Centro Cultural Borges.
En el año 2014 realiza su muestra individual en Galería Sette Mari en Punta del Este, República Oriental del Uruguay.
En el 2015 muestra individual en galería Ravanal (Palermo Hollywood).
Muestra colectiva en Espacio Milo Lockett.
Participa en subasta para la Fundación Techo organizada por el Colegio San Andrés.
El 2016 realiza por encargo un mural de 350x 350 para la decoración de Tienda Landmark –
Contratada por la empresa Pinturas Tersuave al evento Ten Diez -Tendencia en Arquitectura en el CCR para entrega de 30 obras de arte (propias) a arquitectos disertantes.
Muestra y subasta para la Fundacion Make a Wish en el Hotel Alvear .
Muestra individual titulada FLUIR en el Espacio Menéndez y en la galería Espacio para el Arte RG.
En 2017 mural innovador con técnica decoupage en corredor artístico San Telmo.
Abril 2017 disertante como emprendedora en el centro cultural SAN MARTIN, para Living de emprendedores junto a Esteban Campero (subsecretario del Ministerio de Producción)
Junio 2017 convocada para participar en MOBART en Hotel Wyndham, muestra y venta de arte a beneficio de Fundación Hebraica y Fundación Nordelta.

Septiembre 2017. Seleccionada para concurso PINTO TIGRE, para pintar fachadas patrimoniales vandalizadas, organizado por el Municipio de Tigre.
Año 2018 convocada a participar a la Feria de Arte Asia Contemporany Art Show en Hong Kong para la galería Rubín Wyndwood – USA.
Seleccionada para pintar mural en concurso PINTO TIGRE 2018 organizado por el Municipio de Tigre para exaltar con arte, muros de escuelas públicas.
Seleccionada para concurso Art Basel Buenos Aires by Maurizio Catellan .

En 2019 propone y lleva a cabo un mural colaborativo para Expo Chef en la ciudad de Santa Fe, donde se resaltan hábitos saludables y consumo responsable de alimentos
Realiza un mural alusivo a postales santafesinas para un espacio privado en la ciudad de Santa Fe.
Comienza con los talleres itinerantes de Arte & Storytelling @ARTE_SOSVOS, dándole valor agregado a la actividad como artista, gestora y creando e inspirando a quienes deseen aprehender recursos artísticos para gestionar emociones.

Contratada por ACUAREL pinturas para el dictado de talleres de customización, fomentando la pintura como oficio, concientizando el recupero de objetos y la sustentabilidad.
Mural para la edición de CASA FOA 2021 -Distrito ELCANO – Premio al arte aplicado en mural en pisos.
Contratada por NISSAN -ARGENTINA para pintar un mural en espacio corporativo.
Contratada por Bodega Séptima a la realización de diseños para las etiquetas de vino rose.
Año 2022 convocada por el Departamento de Desarrollo Social del Hospital Jose Maria Cullen a realizar ad honoren un mural alusivo en el Dia de la Mujer para conmemorar a las compañeras de trabajo fallecidas víctimas del COVID 19 y violencia de genero.
Convocada por el multimedial Aire de Santa Fe a una acción de pintura en vivo en el Dia de la Mujer bajo la consigna “las mujeres tomamos aire”. Próxima inauguración de mural realizado para misma empresa.
Comisiones y colaboración con empresas del rubro indumentaria en customización y murales: Garcia de Jalon, By Ignacio Ortiz, Desiderata, Honda., Royal Enfield, Alba, Filgo, Edding.
Nota de daniel otero: Stella Brieva ha realizado multiples colaboraciones y performances con poblaciones indígenas y alejadas de lo urbano, llevando la pintura a regiones donde no es conocida. En el año 2023, pinto un mural denominado “Las guardianas”, en el hospital Cullen de la ciudad de Santa fe.

STELLA BRIEVA-BIOGRAPHY
She was born in the Province of Santa Fe on September 29, 1968. At the age of 22, she obtained her Interior Designer degree from Institute 12, and simultaneously began to showcase her art.
In 1990, she joined the Association of Plastic Artists of Santa Fe (A.A.P.S.), initiating artistic activities such as exhibitions, competitions, and art shows.
In 1994, she received an award and mention at the A.A.P.S. Annual Exhibition.
In 1996 and 1998, respectively, she was awarded in the drawing section at the Biennial of Young Art.
1999: First prize in the isologotype competition for the Interdisciplinary Center for Aesthetic Research, directed by Jorge Taverna Irigoyen.
As a member of the A.A.P.S., she participated in collective and individual exhibitions, annual shows, and competitions.
2005: Restoration of a mural at Iturraspe Hospital, contracted by Mundo Construcciones-Santa Fe.
2011: Received the title of Art Therapist from the San Isidro Gestalt Center.
Participated as a sustainable art workshop facilitator at La Redonda arte y vida cotidiana.
At the end of 2012, she held an individual exhibition called “Dibujos” (Drawings) at AG ARTE Gallery, subsequently participating in a collective exhibition at “Art, Food & Wine Cruise” by Costa Cruises.
2013: After moving from her hometown to Buenos Aires, she was invited to exhibit at the cultural space of the Hotel Design de Boca, Braque Gallery, and Borges Cultural Center.
In 2014, she held her individual exhibition at Sette Mari Gallery in Punta del Este, Oriental Republic of Uruguay.
2015: Individual exhibition at Ravanal gallery (Palermo Hollywood).
Collective exhibition at Espacio Milo Lockett.
Participated in an auction for the Techo Foundation organized by San Andrés School.
In 2016, she was commissioned to create a 350×350 mural for the decoration of Landmark Store.
Contracted by Pinturas Tersuave for the Ten Diez event – Trend in Architecture at the CCR, for the delivery of 30 (her own) artworks to presenting architects.
Exhibition and auction for the Make a Wish Foundation at the Alvear Hotel.
Individual exhibition titled FLUIR (FLOW) at Espacio Menéndez and at Espacio para el Arte RG gallery.
In 2017, she created an innovative decoupage mural in the San Telmo artistic corridor.
April 2017: Speaker as an entrepreneur at the SAN MARTIN cultural center, for the Entrepreneurs’ Living Room alongside Esteban Campero (Undersecretary of the Ministry of Production).
June 2017: Invited to participate in MOBART at Hotel Wyndham, an exhibition and sale of art for the benefit of Fundación Hebraica and Fundación Nordelta.
Member of DARA as an adhering associate.
September 2017: Selected for the PINTO TIGRE competition, to paint vandalized heritage facades, organized by the Municipality of Tigre.
2018: Invited to participate in the Contemporary Art Show Asia Art Fair in Hong Kong for the Rubín Wyndwood gallery – USA.
Selected to paint a mural in the PINTO TIGRE 2018 competition organized by the Municipality of Tigre to enhance public school walls with art.
Selected for the Art Basel Buenos Aires by Maurizio Cattelan competition.
Casa FOA 2018, in Space 31 alongside Romina González. Received the ALBA Painting Award “Best application of color to the project” in the Casa Foa Devoto District edition.
In 2019, she proposed and carried out a collaborative mural for Expo Chef in the city of Santa Fe, highlighting healthy habits and responsible food consumption.
She created a mural alluding to Santa Fe postcards for a private space in the city of Santa Fe.
She began with the itinerant workshops of Art & Storytelling @ARTE_SOSVOS, adding value to her activity as an artist and manager, creating and inspiring those who wish to learn artistic resources to manage emotions.

2022: Invited by the Social Development Department of Jose Maria Cullen Hospital to create an honorary mural on Women’s Day to commemorate female colleagues who died as victims of COVID-19 and gender violence.
Invited by the multi-media company Aire de Santa Fe for a live painting action on Women’s Day under the slogan “women take a breath.” Upcoming inauguration of a mural created for the same company.

Note by Daniel Otero: Stella Brieva has carried out multiple collaborations and performances with indigenous populations and those far from urban areas, bringing painting to regions where it is not known. In 2023, she painted a mural called “Las Guardianas” (The Guardians) at the Cullen hospital in the city of Santa Fe.
STELLA BRIEVA HAS BEEN DECLARED A DISTINGUISHED CITIZEN BY THE HONORABLE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF SANTA FE, THROUGH THE MANAGEMENT OF JORGELINA MUDALLEL IN 2022.
